1. Commitment
SenderCompass aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA as an accessibility target. This is a target, not a claim that every current or future page has completed an independent conformance audit.
2. Measures
- Semantic headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus.
- High-contrast text and controls.
- Responsive layouts without page-level horizontal scrolling.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Reduced-motion support.
- Plain-language labels and error messages.
3. Known limitations
Third-party websites, embedded services, complex tables, generated reports and future interactive tools may have limitations outside SenderCompass’s direct control. Each new integration should be assessed before launch rather than assumed accessible.
4. Assistance and alternative format
If you cannot access information or need an alternative format, email info@sendercompass.com. Include the page address, the information needed and the format or adjustment that would help.
5. Reporting a problem
Please describe the barrier, browser, device and assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Review
Accessibility should be checked during design, content, browser and mobile review, then reassessed when navigation, forms, tools or third-party services change.
